- Art is produced by us on a PC platform using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop software. If you are supplying artwork, it can be provided in any of the following file formats: jpg, pdf, eps, ai or psd.
- We can utilize any commercial digitizing format on the digitized files that you may provide. However, to insure quality and ease of editing, we prefer Tajima dst files. Contact us if you are unsure about your file format.
- Normal turn around time is within 1 week from the time garments arrive and design is approved.
