Terms, Conditions, Policies, & Guarantee

 

TERMS – First-time customers’ orders are shipped COD cash or credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.   Payment must be secured before an order is shipped.  Credit terms are available with an approved credit application.  Interest will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month on all accounts not paid on maturity, including past due interest.  Returned checks will be subject to a $50.00 per check charge.  All freight is F.O.B. point of origin.

 

CONDITIONS – All prices are subject to change without notice.  We assume no responsibility if price change notices are not received.  We will make every effort to give reasonable prior notice in the event of any price changes.   All prices are subject to applicable taxes.  If you claim tax exemption, Print Masters, Ltd. requests you sign and forward to us a tax exempt form for our records.

 

POLICIES

 

Minimum Order – Print Masters, Ltd. has no minimum order.  Pricing will be charged accordingly to the quantity on each order.

 

Order Verification – Print Masters, Ltd. will make every effort to verify all details of submitted orders.  We will not be held responsible for orders that have been submitted with incorrect or incomplete information that lead to errors in production.  Orders may be emailed to:  orders@printmastersltd.com.

 

Receiving – All orders received at Print Masters, Ltd. facility will be checked-in for accuracy.  You will be notified immediately of any discrepancies we find between your purchase order and what is received.   You will be responsible to contact your garment supplier to arrange any exchange or returns of goods.  Please notify us of any return authorization details.

 

Shipping – All orders are shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise instructed, in the boxes they were received in.  A $3.00 per box handling charge will be added to the UPS freight cost up to a $25.00 maximum handling charge.  We will always ship your order in as few boxes as possible.  Print Masters, Ltd. cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.  All orders drop-shipped from Print Masters, Ltd. to your customers will be shipped blind.  Please provide the correct shipping address on your purchase order.  Any UPS charges incurred by Print Masters, Ltd. for incorrect addresses supplied by our customers will be billed to those responsible.  Your return address will appear on the UPS shipping label.  A generic packing slip will be included with all shipped orders for your customer’s convenience.  When orders are shipped, Print Masters, Ltd. will notify you, via e-mail, of all shipping information – tracking number, number of boxes, and date shipped.

 

Shipping Programs – Print Masters is enrolled in SanMar’s Packed Separately. Shipped Together (PSST) program.  When ordering from SanMar, have your order shipped via PSST and receive free fee freight on any size order from SanMar to our facility.  Any items ordered through the PSST program can be returned to SanMar without a restocking fee.  Freight charges will apply on returns.  Call us for details if you are not familiar with this program.

 

Art Requirements – Art is produced on a PC platform using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop software.  Digital art can be submitted in the following file formats:

Vector Art – EPS, AI, WMF

Raster Art – PSD, TIF

Note:  Raster art needs to be 300 dpi at actual size.  If not available, give us a call to discuss the options.  JPG files generally cannot be used for reproduction in screen printing.  JPG files are usually acceptable for embroidery art.  If you are unsure about what file format to provide, just give us a call or e-mail our art department at:  art@printmastersltd.com

 

Acceptable formats for digitized embroidery files include Tajima .dst and Tajima .pxf files.  Other formats can be used but may not convert entirely for use on our Tajima machines.

 

Print Masters, Ltd. guarantees that you and your customer will be satisfied with the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, we will refund your money. It’s that simple. In addition, any of your goods damaged by us during production will be replaced at our cost. Your order will always be 100% completed with no loss allowance. We are devoted to providing you with the quality you expect and you have our word in writing.
